Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from h2obuddy.com. The seller is WellTracked, which operates H2O Buddy. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated October 7, 2026.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or listing was wrong, or if an item is no longer available from the maker.

What we sell

Filters and systems made by Waterdrop. Brand names and part numbers of other companies are used only to show fit. H2O Buddy is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by those companies. Fit and certification information comes from Waterdrop. Check the model number on your system or old filter before you install.

Installation

Follow the instructions that come with the product and your system or appliance manual. If you are not sure, hire a licensed plumber.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an item is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as installation costs.
