Subscription terms

Subscribe and save is a simple promise: a lower price and an email when your next filter is due. Last updated October 7, 2026.

How it works

1. You choose subscribe on a replacement filter and pick how often, for example every 6 months. You pay 10% less than the one-time price on that order.
2. About 7 days before the next filter is due, we email you a link to reorder the same filter at the subscribe price.
3. You decide. The reorder is a new order that you check out and pay for. We never charge your card automatically.

Skip, change or cancel

Every reminder email has a link where you can skip the next one, snooze it for 30 days, change how often, or cancel. You can also email support@h2obuddy.com.

Price changes

The subscribe price is 10% off the price on the day you reorder. If the price changes, the email shows the new price before you order.

If a filter is no longer available

If Waterdrop stops making a filter or it is sold out, the reminder email says so and links to our search, so you can look for another filter that fits your model.

Free reminders

You can also get a free reminder with no order. It is one email when your filter is due, then one every interval you picked, until you cancel.
