How to find your system or fridge model number
Where the label is on an RO system, a filter and a fridge, and what to type.

Your model number is on a label: on the side or front of your water system, on the old filter, or inside your fridge on a side wall.
Type it exactly, letters and numbers. Skip the serial number.
On a water system
Under-sink and countertop systems have a label on the side, back or front panel. Waterdrop system models look like G3P600, X12, K19 or D6.
On the old filter
The part number printed on the old cartridge works too. Search it and we show the filters listed for it.
Inside a fridge
- A side wall of the fridge section, often up high near the top shelf.
- The ceiling, near the light.
- Behind or under the crisper drawers.
- On your old fridge filter, like MXRC.
