Ordered the wrong filter? You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Filters and systems that are unused and not installed.
- In the original packaging, with all pieces.
What can not be returned
- Filters that were installed or used, unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item because of our mistake.
How to return an item
- Email support@h2obuddy.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and steps.
- Ship the item back with tracking.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned item to your original payment method once it is received. Most banks show the refund in 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. If we made the mistake, we cover the return shipping.
