H2O Buddy (h2obuddy.com) is operated by WellTracked. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
- Payments: card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Reminders and subscriptions: your email, the filter or model, and how often you want a reminder.
- Contact form: your name, email, model number, message and any photo you attach.
- Cart reminder: if you tick the reminder box at checkout, we keep your email and cart so we can send one reminder.
- Basic logs: like most websites, our host records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and reminder emails you asked for, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payment and calculate sales tax.
- Waterdrop and shipping carriers, so your order can be shipped to you.
- Postmark, to send our emails.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website.
Cookies
We use a few cookies to keep your cart, remember the model you searched, and run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
Every reminder email has a link to change or cancel it. You can ask us to show, fix or delete your personal information: email support@h2obuddy.com. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Children
This store is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
