We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. Orders ship from Waterdrop, the maker.
When it ships
Most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

Damaged or missing items
If a box arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@h2obuddy.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
